Unity Events - Terms of Service

  • Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive activities, including but not limited to:

    • Violating any applicable local, state, or federal laws.

    • Interfering with or disrupting the functioning of the Site or Services.

    • Uploading or distributing harmful or malicious software.

    • Engaging in fraudulent activities, including misrepresenting your identity or event requirements.

4. Booking and Payments

  • Bookings: All event bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Unity Events. You may be required to provide additional details or sign a contract for certain event packages.

  • Pricing and Payments: Prices for our Services will be clearly stated at the time of booking. All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed terms, which may include a deposit, full payment, or installment payments. You agree to pay all amounts owed for the Services rendered, including taxes and fees.

  • Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy, which will be provided at the time of booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to Unity Events and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without prior written consent from Unity Events.
